THE LEMON DOUCHE

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:

1 [one] fresh lemon

1 [one] cup of regular table SALT

1 [one] gallon of water

1 TABLESPOON OF regular table SALT (TO WASH LEMON WITH see below)

INSTRUCTIONS: ON HOW TO USE THIS:

PART 1

1. How to wash the lemon

[ THIS STEP MAKES THE LEMON MORE FRAGRANT! ]

(a) Rinse lemon with warm water.

(b) Put 1 TABLESPOON of regular table SALT in small bowl

(c) Add 1 teaspoon of warm water to SALT in Bowl

(d) RUB THE SALTY SOLUTION ALL OVER LEMON FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES.

(e) Rinse lemon with warm water. Go to part 2

PART 2

2. You can use regular dish soap and wash lemon with soapy warm water.

3. Rinse lemon.

4. Pat Dry. (WASHING OF LEMON IS DONE, NOW YOU CAN USE IT).

5. You need only THE RIND of the lemon. Peel it so the
rinds look something like this:

THE STRIP OF THE LEMON RIND MUST BE AS LONG OR LONGER THAN 5 INCHES.
BE SURE TO GET RID OF ANY LEMON PULP IF YOU CUT INTO THE LEMON ITSELF.
YOU WILL NEED AT LEAST TWO, 5-INCH STRIPS OF LEMON RIND FOR THIS DOUCHE.

6. Insert the lemon rinds into the vaginal cavity and let it stay there for 3 HOURS.

It just has to go into the vaginal cavity - not all the way in!

AFTER 3 HOURS....

7. REMOVE ALL THE LEMON RINDS FROM VAGINAL CAVITY and throw out lemon rinds.

8. Get an empty gallon jug and pour into it ONE CUP OF TABLE SALT.

9. ADD 1 GALLON OF WARM WATER TO THIS SALT and mix well.

Use this salt-water mixture and douche out - you may pour
into a water bottle ( to make using easier ) but make sure
you use as much of this salt water mixture and rinse out
the vaginal cavity thoroughly.

YOU NEED TO DO THIS ONLY ONCE A WEEK.

In the case where a lemon is not available,
please use the salt mixure to thoroughly
clean / rinse the vaginal cavity.
